The hotel was gorgeous and affordable, offering good value. the rooms were a decent size, functional, and the staff was efficient in maintaining the air conditioning. We had a lovely stay.

Unbeatable and excellent location for visiting restaurants and eateries near the hotel. The restaurant was small for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes;)))

Had an air conditioning, a minibar, and a work desk in my superior king room. I liked the view over street. This location was good and incredible, just off the best restaurant...

The room was spacious and luxurious with a good shower and nice air conditioning, located perfectly near restaurants and eateries, and I enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant.

The hotel is new one and is still renovated

tidy modern accommodation with incredibly nice staff and fantastic location near various eateries. location just next door to many places to eat nearby. for tea or coffee visit hot potato nearby.

Spacious rooms with a lovely view, all the modern amenities you need, air conditioning, and super friendly staff that go the extra mile. Plenty of choices when it comes to dining, the food is top-notch. the location is central and not too far from Nui Non Nuoc. 🌟

The rooms were large enough, the restaurant serves good food. Location is suberb, right next to the train station, and under 10 minute walk from the bus station, so very well connected. The tour operator this hotel works with was good at English and helpful in arranging tours around Ninh Binh.

All of the staff had poor English skills, so communication ranged from difficult to downright frustrating. One of the mornings the restaurant had 15 people down for breakfast, and due to the difficulties in communicating everyone's food arrived late (ours 40 minutes after ordered), creating many unhappy customers.

It was clean and new the staff arranged a good trip for us to see the sights we wanted to see.

I think the air-conditioning was on and was not really needed as it was colder weatheroutside duringour stay.

The staff offered excellent services. There was a variety of outstanding meals available. Its central location was favorable. The nearby Hot Potato offered some goodies and drinks. The rooms were brand-new, modern, and comfortable.

Very close to train station, hired bikes to cycle to tam coc, free wi fi and internet.

Not enough hot water in shower!

English speaking friendly staff. Helpful, arranged motorbike tour with drivers. Nice food in restaurant.

The staff were extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. The basic amenities provided were sufficient and the rooms were clean and quiet. I especially loved the fact that my room was on the 6th floor, offering excellent views of the city. The location of the hotel was great as well, just a few steps away from the train station. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with prices ranging from $20 to $55 per night.

Ninh Binh town is a great place to stay in order to see the surrounding countryside, however the town itself isnt really that exciting. The queen hotel is right by the train station, is clean, reasonably priced and far more modern than any other hotel that i've stayed at in Ninh Binh (i've been there a few times). At the hotel you can arrange tours/hire motorbikes etc...
